Our Medical Missions

One of SSF’s main missions is to act on the medical ground. For us, it seems essential to provide medical care to the populations to envisage a physical and moral reconstruction. That is why SSF, since its creation, organizes consultations and provides medical care to populations weakened by contexts of natural disasters, wars or humanitarian crises. During natural disasters, teams of first-aid workers and doctors are sent on the ground to heal people urgently.
The association also acts by organizing very regularly big consultations in areas in which the population is not well followed, often in remote rural areas.

Thus, Rescuers Without Borders intervened and keeps intervening with medical missions in the following countries: Jordan, Mali, Haiti, Nepal, Israel, Kurdistan Iraqi, Guinea, Kénya.
