EMERGENCY MISSION FOR CHRISTIANS/REFUGEES

SSF-Rescuers without borders Providing immediate aid to persecuted and victimized Christians across the Middle East (medical aid kits, humanitarian aid, survival equipment, medical training, volunteers and a network for emotional support)

OUR ACTIONS FOR PERSECUTED CHRISTIANS IN MIDDLE EAST

Volunteers training
We are currently organizing first aid courses in Irbil (Iraqi Kurdistan) and Nazareth (Israel), to prepare volunteers who will travel to the many refugee camps in the region in the coming weeks, close to the conflict zone.

Humanitarian Supplies
In most cases, Christians are refugees who are staying outside the camps, which are managed by international organizations and compounds who are mainly Muslim. They are afraid to integrate out of fear for their lives.
So they live in extreme poverty. Therefore, we decided to provide them with survival equipment, food and basic necessities, medical and psychological help.

emergency medical kits
Equipping our rescuers with emergency medical kits is definitely SAVING LIVES since very little could be done without appropriate supplies. Your participation will allow us to significantly and immediately increase our capability of intervention, and thus face the urgent needs on the ground. Every emergency kit is labeled with the donor’s name or the logo of the sponsor company.

Summer camp for children
In order to support and save the victims, we set up summer camps for the refugees (conflict zones) to help them regain hope and provide them with some normalcy after physical and/or emotional trauma.

medical care truck in Iraq
A medical truck is currently moving across the camps of Iraqi Christian refugees in Kurdistan. It is composed of doctors, nurses and medical equipment that allows them to provide the necessary care to the population.

Father Gabriel Naddaf letter
Dear brothers and sisters,
It is a dark time in the Middle East, and my heart goes out to the countless victims of our time. Extreme Islamist ideology has taken hold of the Middle East and is on a mission to destroy our Christian history, culture and identity. Many of our Christian brethren are with the Lord now, and many others have fled their homes. The rest of us pray. Along with our prayers, we must act to help, showing our love and care for our Christian sisters and brothers in the Middle East.
We, the Christian Empowerment Council of the Aramean Christian community in Israel, together with “Rescuers Without Borders”, have decided to take action.
We have initiated ‘The Emergency Mission for Christians in the Middle East’, which will provide immediate aid to persecuted and victimized Christians across the Middle East. Today, Islamic extremists are attacking Christian communities across the globe. The EMC (Emergency Mission for Christians) will provide medical aid kits, humanitarian aid, survival equipment, medical training, volunteers and a network for emotional support; to help the survival of Christianity in such a dark time in the Middle East.
Blessings to all.
